Buyer Inquiries
Frequently Asked Questions by Sourcing Managers
Transparent answers about our factory setup, sample lead times, and private label support.
What is your factory sample development process?
We initiate sample making immediately upon receiving your technical spec sheet, vector graphics, and fabric requirements. Our pattern master cuts a computerized proto-fit sample. After initial fit review, we create the counter sample with complete branding and accessories. Approved physical samples serve as the locked standard for bulk sewing.
Can you handle custom dyed fabrics for specific Pantone shades?
Yes. For cut-and-sew apparel where sublimation is not applicable, we offer custom dye lab dips based on your TCX or TPX Pantone numbers. Once lab dips are approved by your design team, the fabric is milled to the specified GSM and finish.
What are the accepted payment methods and terms?
Standard B2B terms include a 30% to 50% deposit upon order confirmation to procure materials, with the remaining balance due after the pre-shipment inspection report is signed off. We accept international Wire Transfers (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C) for qualifying volume orders, and commercial secure banking channels.
