What if there is a problem with the products when I receive them?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We maintain strict QC procedures to minimize defects. In the unlikely event that you receive defective items, please take photos or video as evidence and contact us immediately. We will promptly investigate and provide an agreeable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or discount compensation.
What is the production lead time for a bulk order?
After confirming the Pre-Production Sample (PPS), our standard production lead time is 15-20 days. Contact us for a detailed production and delivery timeline tailored to your schedule, along with a free quotation.
Can I put my design logo on the items?
Yes, we provide full custom OEM/ODM services. Please send your logo design file to us, and our team will prepare a digital mockup for your review and approval.
Can I get a sample before bulk production, and is it refundable?
Yes, we provide approval samples prior to bulk production. The sample fee is fully refundable against your subsequent bulk order once your order quantity reaches 200 pcs per design/color.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style per color, allowing up to 5 mixed sizes. If you have specific requirements for lower quantities, please reach out to discuss flexible arrangements.
